My approach to teaching derives from a belief that education is a dynamic, transformational process motivated by inquiry, collaboration, and a personal awareness of distinctive needs. As an instructional designer and teacher trainer with ten years of experience in teaching English at the tertiary level in Bangladesh, and now completing my PhD in educational technology, I aim to design motivating and effective learning experiences that enable teachers and learners alike. I am a firm believer in a learner-centered context where knowledge is co-constructed, not transmitted. My practice synthesizes best practices in teaching with emerging technologies, with a sense of the potential of technology to personalize learning, enable collaboration, and extend access to learning resources. I am dedicated to preparing educators with the skills and strategies they need to manage effective learning experiences, particularly in multicultural classrooms. I am committed to continuous growth and reflection, always seeking new ways to improve my practice and contribute to shaping the future of education in the online environment. My ultimate goal is to inspire a love of learning and prepare individuals to be active, engaged, and successful members of a global community.
